Today let's throwback to Day #22 in Seoul!! :)
We went to Petite France and honestly speaking, it is really petite. It was very different from what we see on Running Man and dramas. We finished visiting the whole place in like an hour and a half or so and we had to travel like 3 hours back and forth to Ewha area lolol.
Anyway, let's get started haha
This is the entrance into Petite France!
First selfie in there! :)
Some artworks at one of the stores (Expensive guys, expensive O.O)
And they have boards for You Who Came For the Stars casts for people to take photo in them. That drama had an episode where they filmed here for one of their famous kiss scene hahaha.
But honestly during the drama, they filmed until Petite France looks quite big you know, but in actual fact this place is REALLY small.
And I think Secret Garden also had a scene here too hahaha
This one looks much more real! ^_^
Mini Eiffel Tower! :)
Random Pokemon drawing hahaha
Supermodel YX and her supermodel pose HAHAHA
See the difference between a supermodel and me? Huge difference in posture HAHAHA
I just have no talent in posing >_<
Supermodel Rule No. 1: Take picture must cross leg? HAHAHA
Petite France is indeed pretty but it was way too small. Or maybe our expectation of it was way too off that's why haha. They have guesthouses here as well for people to stay overnight here but it would have been too boring for me if I were to stay here for a night. There's nothing to do around here. >< But I think it'll suitable for people who wants to avoid the buzz in the city and have some peace in their mind and soul haha :)
I would say it is good to come here at least once if you haven't been here before (don't bother with 2nd trip though imo) but don't just arrange an itinerary solely just for Petite France cuz it'll be quite a waste for all the traveling time that was spent to get here. You can plan to visit both Nami Island and Petite France in one day, they both can be reached with the same shuttle bus so it's more convenient too (Y)
I certainly wouldn't visit here again though haha. Too small liao.
Anyway, we left after spending around 1 hour - 1.5 hours in Petite France and went back to Ewha haha
Back at Ewha area, we went to a Korean cuisine restaurant for dinner because I was craving for some Kimchi stew hahaha
This store was recommended by YX's buddy when I asked her if there's any nice soup shop around Ewha :)
The price is rather reasonable too! 6000won for a Kimchi Stew :)
The stew was good and oiishiidesuuuuuuu!! :)
That was the end of Day #22 ^_^
Our traveling time to Petite France took up most of our time for the day so we couldn't really visit anywhere else :/
But it is still on a whole a great experience I would say, but I will not visit Petite France again.
(Camera can be rather deceiving on TV sigh ><)
Petite France looks awesome! Just wonder if there are authentic French treats there too?:P
ReplyDeleteBTW This is my first time visiting your blog. :)

Yeah I do have to agree that it looks very pretty but it's really small too at the same time ><
DeleteI didn't saw any French treats when I was there though, only managed to see a few small convenient shops selling snacks (which are overpriced) around. :/
Awww thanks haha, do visit more in future ^_^ You have a cute blog there as well haha :D
