A Day in JB #04 & 05: Staycation at KSL Resort!

Throwback to when I had my recess week in October, me and ma boy decided to book a room at KSL Resort, Johor Bahru through Agoda to have a staycation and take a chill pill from all the stress I'm getting in school back then.

We didn't take any pictures in the room as it wasn't very interesting in our opinion so this post will be focused on some of the highlights of what we did during the 2D1N in Johor :)

The first thing would be the international buffet that we had at KSL Resort's Infusion Cafe Restaurant! :)

When you have a room in KSL Resort, you will be able to receive a 10% discount when you have a buffet with them :)

This is how the restaurant looks. It's really spacious in my opinion but the food selection was quite limited and also the smoked salmon and fish weren't fresh at all. :/

The best among all has to be the pasta and mushroom soup hahaha 

We went to get these two again the most compared to the rest. 

After dinner, we went back to our room to rest for a few hours before we catch a midnight show, Dracula at the cinema in KSL mall hahaha

In the next morning, we decided to order room service for breakfast!! :)

Very excited for room service because room services in Singapore hotels are extremely expensive ><

We ordered a Caesar Sald and Four Cheese Pizza!! They both taste really good hahaha

After checking out from the hotel, we went to get a Thai Massage at Thai Odyssey again! :) You can check out our previous experience with Thai Odyssey in this post haha

This time however, we decided to try out their body massage because I was having a very stiff shoulder at that time and I'm glad that the masseuse was very skillful and my stiffness was relieved successfully. You can also check out my other body massage experience at Le Spa which is situated in Singapore and equally good as well! :)

After the massage, we went back to City Square to walk and shop around before we decided to have a early dinner at Bornga! :)

Bornga is also available in Singapore but the prices they have on their menu in JB is much lower than Singapore's! (Y)

That's the end of our two days in JB! The staycation at KSL Resort was a relaxing one and the bed was really fluffy and comfortable to sleep in too!! We will definitely visit it again when time permits :)
