Hey everybody, today we will be bringing you guys another guest blog by ma boy and this time it will be a review on Alfero Artisan Gelato!!! :)
We both had the opportunity of trying most of the flavors that they have and ma boy will be breaking down the taste one by one for you with me intercepting once in awhile like our previous post with Pho Street haha
Hopefully, this post will be helpful in your decision making on which flavors to go for haha and let's get started! :)

Hi guys, it is me today. I am going to show you one of the nicest gelato in town.
Luna: (I have no idea why his pose is so...weird? hahaha)
There are so many flavours and I have no idea which one to choose.
Let's just get everything. :)

I happened to see this at the cashier. Tea with gelato. Why not?
The first cup - Lychee, Coconut, Raspberry. The Lychee flavor is really sweet and nice. Coconut flavor is more creamy!! The third flavor, Raspberry, taste a bit like Bandung (Rose Syrup with Cream beverage) but the after taste is creamy and a bit sour.
Luna: (Coconut flavour is a must-try everybody!! Really damn nice haha)
Luna: (Gelato so good until this kind of expression? OMNOMNOMNOM hahaha)
The second cup - Red Bean, Yuzu. Red Bean flavor is just awesome although the color isn't red in color - more of brown - it just taste sweet enough just as the other red bean ice cream. (The cheap red bean ice cream is too sweet compare to this) Yuzu flavor is most sour among all. I kind of regret choosing Yuzu as I have a sweet tooth.
Luna: (Red Bean is 2nd in place out of all the flavors in my opinion :) It's not too sweet and yet at the same time very fragrant. Great quality red bean and I totally love it!)
The third plate with waffle - Dark chocolate, Pistachio, Bacio. For those who loves dark chocolate, you will like the bitterness of the cocoa in it! Pistachio is awesome as well because the cream will just melts in your mouth. Bacio tastes like some chocolate. (Luna: It's hazelnut actually hahaha) It has a very familiar taste - like Ferrero Rocher. The same sweetness that melts in your mouth as your bite your way through the ball of cookies with chocolate...it is just simply awesome!! Hands up for those who loves Ferrero Rocher! Having the cold gelato along with the nice warm thick waffle, hmmm it is just enough for you to crave for more.
Luna: (I personally am a Pistachio lover so the Pistachio is number 3 in place for me haha. The taste is very unique compared to the other flavors and it does not taste exactly like a Pistachio in my opinion haha (that's why it's on number 3 for me, I would prefer having it taste more like the actual nut) On a side note, it can be a good thing for people who are not a big fan of Pistachios because it does not taste heavily like a real Pistachio. Definitely a must try for everyone!
So which flavor is 1st in place for me? BACIO!!!!! 1st in place flavor for me so it's a die die must try okay everybody! haha :D You just can't go wrong with Hazelnuts :) )
The last one - durian! What? Wait. Did I just say durian? It is an awesome fruit in Singapore! How many of you guy had tasted gelato and smell like you just had a dozen of durian? Calling for all durian lovers, this durian flavor ice cream will let your mouth smell like one when you put the ice cream in! Try it yourself and see what you friends say to you afterwards.
Scared of fat?? Fear not! The owner of Alfero takes people who are on diet into consideration as well. He mixes, designs, and improves on the gelato until it is 96% fat free!
So we can enjoy eating as much as we like and guilt free!! Thumb up! However, this causes the ice cream to melt fast as well. Oh I better go and eat my ice cream before it is fully melted!
