Soteria Hair Studio

Recently, I was invited to Soteria Face & Nail / Hair Studio for a high-tea session as well as to try out their service! ^_^

I was given a choice whether to go for a face, nail or hair pampering session and of course I went for hair because I haven't had a proper hair treatment for a really long time!

There's two kinds of hair treatments that Soteria offers:

1) Hair Smoothening and Repair Treatment

2) Scalp Treatment

I gave it a long thought before I decided to go for a hair smoothening and repair treatment over a hair scalp treatment because my hair was quite dry at that moment and in need of some hydration! 

I was first shampoo-ed thoroughly before the treatment cream was generously slathered on my hair. :)

It's always a great feeling having another person shampoo-ing your hair haha. My arms always get tired easily when I shampoo my hair. (Probably that's a sign that I need to hit the gym liao haha)

After the treatment cream was being thoroughly applied onto my hair, my stylist steamed my hair for about 20 minutes to let the treatment cream get absorbed and do its magic before rinsing it off afterwards :)

Yay to smooth hair!! ^_^

I also had my stylist to cut my fringe for me into bangs because it was poking my eye really badly (like the pic above) whenever it slides down. Endured for about 2 weeks and I can no longer do it anymore. *SNIP IT OFF YEAH*

All the products that Soteria uses are from Wella Professional and the one that my stylist has applied for me is the Repair Mask :)

After my hair treatment, I went over to Soteria Face & Nail which is located two stores away from Soteria Hair Studio to check out their nail and facial services! :) The first thing I saw was this three layers of macarons! <3 

Instant love!! hahaha

The cupcakes and macarons are all made by Stay Home Mum Cafe and I seriously highly recommend their macarons!! It's really delicious, you really need to check them out! 

On the day that I was there, they had a candle making session as well which is really cool!!

Before I left the place, they gave me a gift box filled with love from Babor ^_^

Tadah!! My new hair!!! ^_^

My hair felt very smooth and obedient for a good 1.5 weeks post-treatment even after a few washes! It's very surprising for me because normally in the past when I do hair treatments, the smoothening effects goes away the moment I wash my hair after that but that's not the case with Soteria so I must say that it is rather long-lasting and that is goooood! (Y) I'm considering going back to Soteria again for a scalp treatment another time so that my scalp gets some care as well haha! Haven't had scalp treatment for years man!
