At the party, we were introduced to Simply Aesthetics top 3 aesthetics services and they are:
1) Fat Freezing
2) Glow Zone Laser Facial
3) LED Teeth Whitening
as well as their HYDRO BEDS!!! haha
Each of us are entitled to experience one of the three services introduced so for the ones which I did not try personally, I will include in others' thoughts in instead haha
All treatment services are carried out on these ultra comfy hydro massage beds which is seriously major major shiok!! hahaha
I ultra love it :D
The first treatment service I'll be introducing is Fat Freezing!
So what is Fat Freezing?
Fat Freezing helps to improve your body contour through the usage of cooling plates on the areas which you wish to have more contour at. The area is cooled to a temperate that kills fat cells while leaving other tissues such as skin, and blood vessels unharmed!
Pretty cool huh!!
That's not all!
Here are some of the benefits of Fat Freezing:

2) Non-surgical and Non-invasive Alternative to Liposuction

To be honest, it's really hard to justify point 1) but I definitely witnessed pointers 2) and 6) at the party :)
Hazel and Hannah tried this treatment service at the party and according to their experiences, you'll encounter slight pain during the treatment so do be mentally prepared for that. It's a really good thing that treatments are being carried out on these hydro beds as it will help in relieving the discomfort haha
Another thing to note is that you'll not see immediate results as mentioned in point 7) as the fats will need some time to be flushed out of your body system which I feel is a much non-invasive and safe way of body slimming.
You'll have to wait for around 2 months before the fats are dissolved and dissipated then you'll see the results. During this period of time, with the combination of exercise and a healthy diet, you'll be able to see the results more effectively.
This is how the bruise would look at the end of the treatment.
So the only thing I can say is...be prepared okay if you would like to do Fat Freezing haha. The bruise will go away in a few days time :)

Next up is the Glow Zone Laser Facial! :)
The Glow Zone Laser Facial treatment is very popular right now in Korea according to the aestheticians here at Simply Aesthetics and it is mainly used for treating open pores, pigmentation, pimples and anti-aging purposes. You will be able to notice your skin becoming brighter and more radiant from just 1 session (witnessed with my own eyes at the party!)!
This is how the treatment process looks like! :)
According to them, the treatment process is not painful but if you have recently done chemical peeling before, it is advisable not to undergo this facial treatment so do take note of that!

Lastly, it's the LED Teeth Whitening treatment service which is what I chose to do!!
You know there are some lipstick colors which will accentuate your teeth's yellowness? Like those really bold and bright colors! So if you do not have a nice set of white teeth, it is rather difficult to wear those colors out into the public because it'll just make your teeth look even more yellow than it already is!
And that is precisely why I chose to try this treatment becuz I want to be able to wear more kinds of lipsticks!! :)

This is how the treatment process goes!
The aesthetician will first give you mouth wash to cleanse your mouth as well as putting on some vaseline onto your lips to keep your lips well moisturized. Then, she'll put a thick layer of non-peroxide teeth whitening gel onto a mold guard (idk the exact name for it I'm sorry >_<) which you'll need to bite on tight during the treatment process before the LED light is shone on the mouth guard as shown in the picture above.
During the treatment, I've experienced warmness from the LED light so the vaseline is really important in protecting your lips from cracking due to the heat. If the heat from the light is too much for you, please do highlight it to the aesthetician and she'll do the appropriate adjustments for you :)
At the end of the treatment, all you need to do is to rinse off the whitening gel from your mouth and carry on with your daily activities. :)
Treatment duration: 20 minutes
Do take note that during the first 3 days after treatment to avoid food and beverages that may stain your teeth! Some examples are curry, tea, coffee, artificially colored food (like some macarons are) and especially red wine.

You'll notice that how come after whitening like become more yellow? That's what I thought too!
But the aesthetician told me not to worry as it is due to my natural discoloration in my teeth so it'll go away within a few hours.
For my case however, it took around one full day for it to go away and 1 day after whitening treatment, my teeth has gotten quite a few shades lighter compared to before and the treatment did not make my teeth sensitive as well which is a big *thumbs up* :)
My teeth is definitely not pearly white post-treatment but it is good and natural enough for me so if you're looking to achieve pearly white teeth like most celebrities do, you may wanna consult the aesthetician first on what kind of results you can expect based on your current teeth condition before you decide on whether to receive the treatment or not.
