Last Saturday morning, I was invited to a Beauty Workshop organized jointly by Panasonic and omy.sg and conducted by Singapore's celebrity wellness guru, Bryan Gan (a.k.a Bryan Lao Shi hahaha) :)

Bryan Lao Shi has a really wide knowledge on wellness and has been a regular on 3 seasons of  the popular variety talkshow - “Lady’s First” (女人我最大). During the workshop, he has taught us so much on how we can improve our health and achieve beauty from inside out just like he did (and still doing!). I will be sharing with you guys my experiences at the beauty workshop as well as a special promotion which Panasonic has kindly given to all my dear readers so do continue to read on till the end! ^_^
