DOES BLACKHEADS BOTHER YOU GUYS???
It certainly bothers me!!!
And this is how my nose looks with all my blackheads!!! Gross!!!
So! I decided to purchase this when I was in Korea!!!
It's the Blackhead Melting Gel from Laneige!!
And according to the salesgirl, you cannot go without the Blackhead Pore Strip when you use the Blackhead Melting Gel! It has to be used as a combination in order to achieve best results!!
This is how the nozzle of the Blackhead Melting Gel looks like!
You're suppose to press 1 pump (or that's what I did) of the product out and rub it onto your nose to sort of "melt" and the nozzle is suppose to help you push out some of the irritating and stubborn blackheads!
Instructions on the box!
Ingredients listed for the Blackhead Melting Gel: Glycerin, Peg-8, Dipropyleneglycol, Hydroxypropyl, Cyclodextrin, Protease, Natto Gum, Camellia Sinesis Leaf Extract, Beta-Glucan, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol, Water, Propanediol, Fragrance
Those who have skin sensitive to alcohol contents should take note!!
For me, my skin is not sensitive to alcohol but I don't really like products with alcohol contents cuz I'm afraid that it might dry out my skin or something. However, for a product that only requires to be used once a week or once every few weeks, I don't think it will affect much.
This is how you rub the product in!
When the product is on your nose, there will be a warm and melting feeling which some people may find it uncomfortable but I actually felt pretty good with the feeling haha.
Afterwards, you'll need to wash it off and put on the pore strip. The pore strip will help you to take off all the remaining blackheads that are still on your nose.
In my opinion, the Laneige's Pore Strips are much more sticky than the normal Biore ones. But in terms of effectiveness wise, they perform about the same, so next time I would probably switch to the Biore ones as they are much cheaper than the Laneige ones.
Overall, the whole experience was pretty interesting and I will definitely continue to use it until it finishes, but I probably would not purchase another bottle as it didn't do much help in removing my blackheads subsequently after the first use. I guess my blackheads are just TOO stubborn to be removed without squeezing them out sigh.
