Screwed up body clock

This is what happens when you sleep at 4.30am in the morning and wake up at 6.30am. EXTREMELY PUFFY EYEBAGS. UGH Super not nice. (Please don't do this to yourself like I did)

But I just can't seem to get my body clock back to normal. This week I've been sleeping at 3am and waking up at 11.30am almost everyday, but TODAY, I slept at 7.45pm (intending to rest until 9pm only) till 3.30am and after that, I can't sleep anymore (which explains why I'm blogging at 5.30am in the morning right now). =.=

Sometimes, even though I feel sleepy at 12.30 midnight, but I still end up only sleeping at around 2am and I.don't.know.why.that.happens.as.well. (Sigh, guilty)

I've got a really fucked up body clock and a serious insomnia issue. Sigh. I need some recommendations on how to make myself feel sleepy at an earlier timing so that I can fall asleep earlier.
